We have our own Veterinary Physiotherapist, Chloe available at Selworthy. Chloe has always spent time with horses from the age of 3! Having owned her own, she has gained a healthy respect and admiration for the powerful and impressive beings that they are. Gaining physiological understanding from University, Chloe is keen to improve how we work with horses to help them develop into the best shape they can be to look after themselves and their rider. Through physiotherapeutic assessment and associated manipulations and exercise, we can strengthen the horse, identify potential problems and tackle existing issues together.
Chloe is happy to provide an assessment for your horse and will arrange a time best to suit you to visit your stable or yard to provide Veterinary Physiotherapy and/or Laser Therapy.
How do I book?
Veterinary physiotherapy and hydrotherapy can only be performed after Veterinary Referral - this is a legal requirement. If you are a client with Selworthy this can be sorted quickly internally and you can book straight in.
If you are not a client at Selworthy Vets, we will need to send your primary vet a referral form to complete and return back to us so you can either contact us for us to arrange or download the referral form below to send to your vet, then we can book you in. You don’t have to be a client at Selworthy Vets, we will happily accept referrals.
